How bad does warm weather effects trails

Hello folks. Third times the charm. Planning on riding thursdy(2/11) and Friday but am curious how much the warm effects the trails. If we get a little rain also will that wreck the trails?just trying not to ride in bad conditions when I can replan for the following week. Any input on the effects and or conditions would b greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
