Trail Report- Saturday PM, January 6, 2018

Hey all... Rich got back from grooming. Here's his report:

Entire route was done today. 7s, 7n and souther parts of 127 have very soft snow. There is a lot of snow drifting. Know your limitations. Northern half 127 / 127A and 127B were packed in on Friday night and groomed today. Trails over there are hard and fast. Riders need to know the speed limits and obey them. That is my report.

Thanks, Rich, for the report and for volunteering so much of your time!

Sunday should be a great day for riding since the winds will die down and it will be a bit warmer. It will still be frigid but not as much as today. Wind chill warning is in effect until 10 a.m. Sunday where frostbite can happen in as little as 10 minutes. Cover all skin and take frequent breaks. Be alert to snow drifts. Enjoy the fresh trails!
